Marsch is under increasing pressure following his team’s 3-2 defeat to Fulham at Elland Road on Sunday, which dropped them into the Premier League’s relegation zone.
March took over for Bielsa in February of this year, and El Loco has been out of work since.
Stelling believes that former Burnley manager Sean Dyche, as well as Elland Road legend Bielsa, might be options for Leeds.
Stelling said on Sky Sports News on Tuesday night: “More practically, Sean Dyche. Dare I say, Marcelo Bielsa is available.”
Morrison replied: “Well, you never know, he could go back because the Leeds fans love him. That would be the best story.
“I don’t think Pochettino because there was talk of Aston Villa. I think Pochettino wants to manage a top-six team. But I do believe a Bielsa or a Sean Dyche – obviously I saw him on Monday Night Football – he’s itching to get back into it.
“Leeds fans might not be happy with the style of play but if there’s one thing Sean Dyche does do, he’ll keep you in the Premier League nine times out of 10. He did it at Burnley and he’s a fantastic manager.
“It could be Sean Dyche but I don’t want to talk about that too much because Jesse Marsch is still in charge and I don’t want him to lose his job.”
Will Bielsa be back?
This is the man who quit Lazio just hours after they hired him because they didn’t sign the players he wanted quickly enough – despite the fact that the transfer market was still open when he departed.
Would he go back to the club that fired him if they were in a worse position when he left? Certainly not.
To be fair, Bielsa would like some of the players signed by Marsch over the summer.
Brenden Aaronson and Tyler Adams appear to be tailor-made for Bielsa.
And, as much as we’d like El Loco to return to Elland Road, there’s just no way it’s going to happen, so we’ll put it out of our minds for the time being.
If it does happen, it will be a crazy thing!
This isn’t a squad he’d be happy with, and you’d have to imagine his relationship with the board is strained following the manner in which he was fired and Marsch was already set up to replace him.
Marsch isn’t working out and may be lucky to be employed by the time the World Cup begins.
